Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six
months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original updated Pakistan police
clearance certificate
Client Information: Passport stamps, photos and flight itineraries if your sponsor has
visited you in Pakistan since the submission of your application.
Client Information: Evidence of maintained communication with your sponsor since their
return to Canada after your wedding including proof of online communication. Please
ensure that the evidence covers the duration of your relationship.
Client Information: Photos taken together with your sponsor after your wedding
Marriage photos: Photos of Rukhsati
Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original
documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable

They ask me for conversation record & i have a complete 1 year viber history in excel form but no screen shot its acceptable Huh? bez i reinstall viber many time And this viber excel history has so many pages so what can i do some bady please help?Huh

For the spreadsheet:
Are you the sponsor?
Is sponsor Canadian Citizen or PR?
Is sponsoring husband or wife?

Just take enough of the conversation for the day. You just need to show that you are in regular contact with your spouse.
You do not have to take a screenshot, its your choice.
But if you use the excel or paste to word, you will need to keep the timestamp.
Don't forget to adjust the font size and margins.

I think i confused sponsorship eligibiliy with residence eligibility while going over my notes. Sponsorship eligibility is indicated as passed but i see a note with label 'eligibility' among my notes package which lists a summary of all the proof we provided and it ends with the following line - I have entered review required under eligibility.

After this note, there is a note about the requirement of a remedical, receiving our csq and then the payment of RPRF fee. No note about receiving the remedical result which was done in March. Makes me believe that they havent even concluded our eligibility and we might even be called up for an interview if needed. :/

Eligibility has nothing to do with sponsorship eligibility.
Eligibility is set by the visa office. The sponsor has already been approved by CPC Mississauga.
Its really their assessment on the genuineness of the relationship.

Hey Folks!! Can anyone guide me regarding staying outside canada while the spousal sponsorship case is underprocess? Since i have applied in July 2014 i have been to pakistan once for 3 weeks only when my son was born in October 2014. Can i go for 3 more weeks on eid?

Yes you can. Actually this will show that you are in a genuine relationship. Do show that you have visited your spouse when they ask for additional proof of communication (if they ask for one)

You can certainly visit but you cannot "live" there during sponsorship process if you are PR and not Canadian citizen.

I have a question to seniors.. I got my passport back with visa in April 2015 but they didn't send my original documents back, I sent email to LVO and asked about my documents today they replied that they don't have any documents. What should I do now? I'm really worried about it.

my spouse's passport is in islamabd these days and we didn't get our originals back either. This is crazy, how can they hold our originals like this even after making the final decision. I'll write an email to London right away to inquire.

Getting those originals back is going to be a real pain in the head.

I am kind of double minded should i go or not as 1 of the immigration consultant adviced me not to leave canada for more then 30 days a year during my process. But its getting hard to stay away from my family.

It's fine. You cannot stay away from your son and spouse for long time and you want to be with them during Eid.
It's not a problem to stay there for another visit of 3 weeks.

Yes you can visit your family for 3 weeks..

If you are Canadian citizen then living for few months wont matter.. but if you are on PR then its not a good idea to stay more than a month.. but one can stay even 2 months depending on the situation... its totally depends on case to case basis.. but you should have good strong connections with Canada.. like you job.. your Rental Lease.. etc. etc.

Woow immigration consultant saying that..!! Well there is no harm in staying with your family as long as you want, provided you don't jeopardize your PR card minimum stay and your are not looking after your assets and rights in Canada, like paying taxes, bills, maintaining your property (car, accounts , house) and mainly work etc. Go and enjoy with your family and bring us some "sheer" when you return back..!!
