I am kind of double minded should i go or not as 1 of the immigration consultant adviced me not to leave canada for more then 30 days a year during my process. But its getting hard to stay away from my family.

I do not understand immigration consultants. unfortunately there are very few that I would trust.

You can stay and visit your family as long as you are back and not living there as PR.

In fact, frequent visitation could make your case stronger. In the future, when they do request additional documents, and ongoing communication, you can include tickets, pictures from trips, boarding passes etc. etc. All the best to you. Congratulations!!! When was your status changed to "in process" on ECAS?

Thanks, ECAS status when I noticed was Changed to DM on June 03, 2015.

just a quick question, for the 9 photographs that my spouse need for her application, do they need a stamp from the photographer, or just her name and DOB, or nothing at all? this question might ve been asked before but couldnt find a straight answer and its not specified in appendix B of the guide.

Stamp of the photograph,
Name and DOB of whoever is in the picture

Stamp with studio name and address; date photo was taken
from appendix B its noted: applicant's name, date of birth and signature

Thanks for your reply. I have already submitted the additional docs with the remedical. They asked me to submit my original urdu Nikkah naama and communication between me and my wife and i have submitted all the requested docs on 5th may 2015 with the proof of my last visit to pakistan which shows all my pics taken with my son and wife. BTW how long does it averagely take between remedical and passport request?

There is no definite time line. It's a nasty waiting game. There are some who are waiting since Feb 2015 when their re-med was requested, and there are some who got PPR within a month or two of Re-Med.

All the best to you. Just wait patiently, and hope for the best. Who knows, you may end up land together with your wife and child inshaAllah.

but as per the courier company they delivered at akra case processing center and they don't have person name who received the application.

So any one's application delivered at same place akra case processing center?
