LVO took 16 months to make a decision on your file..too much wait u had to wait my friend
I believe u went over for interview process as well
but wait is finally over. .Many Congrats..

Mine started before my file was transferred as well, I ordered notes and it showed a check was done with the USA partner.

You should call the call centre to ask where your file currently is.

I called today, first they told me that we have no information on your file currently as they said once we sent you the Sponsor approval then it was out of our reach and with your VO. Then I said that I didn't receive any email regarding transfer to VO? She said that anything if VO needs they will ask the PA. So you should check PA account.
I said in PA myCIC its saying Background check in progress. On this, they said all statuses are real time and VO can initiate these only.
Then said sorry we can't help anymore as your file is not with us anymore, its with the VO.

So what should I think about this response?

That person is on this thread which means visa office was London. Check details on the spreadsheet...already received stamped passport.

My case is also at background check from last six months with total time of 18 months passed already, I think they are not getting any feedback from concerned people in Pakistan. Same like a file laying on desk of Pak Govt Officer and he dont give a damn for months. Ab yahan se Allah hi nikal sakta sakta hy :-(

2 ya 4 mahine pehle to bilkul apply na krte cuz wo time nov dec 2015 ka ha and we are still stuck in that

if your file transferred from CPCM to LVO then you should have received a letter confirming the same. If no letter received confirming the same then call back CPC-M and asks about confirmation letter. CPC-M should have information about your file where it is residing now?. CPC-M Can't leave you in Limbo Jimbo finding on your own where is your file, with CPC-M OR with LVO. Call again please and have them find your file status OR inquire about confirmation letter about transferring your file from CPC-M to LVO. they can see all the details in their system
