Salam to every one i want to ask abut background check time i passed my interview on 12 December 2017 my application submit ion date is 3rd march 2017 now thy said it time for background check any idea about background check time my medical will expire on april 2018 but total time fr processing is 12 month some one tell me how much time thy will take

Yes no udea why they have asked so late. I will be submitting everything tomorrow. When can I expect dm? Medical was done in may 2017.

Additional documents usually asked at which stage? I M april 2017 applicant, file tranfered to LVO on 20th june and got additional document request on 5th december. how long it gonna take?

Nope. The docs requested are those which are requested during eligibility review.

For interview cases, 12 month timeline is not applicable. Also background check can take 1 day or many months-there is no fixed time.

We will get the nikkah nama done and certificate was made after so many years because it wasn't computerised in Pakistan plus video of marriage.I think they might ask for Dna test

ok, explain to them in DETAIL what the situation was at the time of your marriage .. also, please don't provide them anything additional other than what they have asked you (so that means, don't give them your dna testing .. lol .. don't even send them mithai in mail .. cuz they didn't ask you for it .. get the idea?) ..
