Why was his application rejected? Did they reject after interview?
He applied in Feb 2016. He had an interview in May 2017 when I had mine. At his interview, he was told that they are admissible to Canada however had to provide few additional documents. Which they mutually agreed on. However, when they were submitting their documents, they also submitted few documents voluntarily which made them get PFL as the officer said those documents weren't mentioned at the interview and they are having a hard time understanding the application. And today their application was rejected. Can you please tell us why he's got rejected? and when he applied?
Which few additional documents they provided voluntarily? and what was PFL said? I am sorry it just doesn't make sense unless they had provided something fake? why they interviewed him though? He applied in Feb 2016. He had an interview in May 2017 when I had mine. Obviously I don't know the specifics since I didn't go through their application. Also, I doubt anyone would be providing fake documents especially when there's so much at stake. A very high profile lawyer was handling his case. However, I believe he didn't mention that they lived in the States briefly and sent in the FBI clearance voluntarily.Which few additional documents they provided voluntarily? and what was PFL said? Procedural Fairness Letter. That letter is your last chance to prove your innocence. Essentially, this letter is sent as a precursor for a case rejection.PFL Stands for ????
