Guys my background has been in progress since oct 2016. Lvo replied to emails twice and said that my file is awaiting initial review. Is this in progress by mistake? Is anyone facing same problem? Plz comment.

They also said that there's no time limit on when the interviews have to be scheduled so I should just wait it out

Im a 6 Sept applicant and my BG is not started Im assuming its a mistake.. :/

Is that principal applicant who can order the notes ( not the PR holder the sponser) or the sponsor? I just visited the website ,it says if u want to order the notes ,u must b Pr holder or citizen...

The sponsor who is a PR or citizen of Canada can order notes. Both principal applicant and sponsor fill and sign the form but submission and payment must be done by the sponsor. The notes will also be sent to sponsor's email address.

I had received an email that my account had been updated. However, Mycic showed no update. I inquired about it and after a month some agent NXR replied that our file is waiting for an initial review he didn't tell why i received the update email in the first place

Have a basic question about dividing years among the options provided in schedule A
In Question 5,
It asks for a break up of applicant's education into
Elementary / Primary
Secondary / High School
Univeristy / College
Trade / Other Post Secondary School
Total years 16.
if the applicant did a 4 years bachelor degree, How to spread the years?
4 years to university, 4 years to secondary / high school? and the remaining 8 to primary / elementary?
Before the 4 years in university, the applicant did a 2 year "High Secondary School Certificate" (INTER) and prior to that a 2 year "Secondary Schoool Certificate" (MATRIC) do we apportion the remaning of the 16 years to primary / elementary? this seems confusing.
