This is correct. The IRCC clerk confirmed before ceremony that certificate will be sent only once the file will be closed. I requested for urgent processing and she closed the file immediately after the ceremony but still I am waiting for the certificate.

I tried as well and following message popped up " You have not opted to receive an electronic Citizenship Certificate. " I don't remember that any form was having option of E-certificate.

Hi Raj, I replied to invitation email and asked them to include me in the same ceremony but no response till now.

I got the same response as well. Its almost 4 months since I have "Decision Made" but no oath invite. I specifically asked them to provide me any timeline but they refused.

Last week I wrote to them and asked when can I expect my oath invitation as I may need to travel. Are there any chances that I can get it before 7th December and they said "NO". I am thinking to wait for the email for my spouse and then check with IRCC if they can accommodate me with my family.

This means you have to wait for few months. They are telling me the same since July and still no sign of oath ceremony

Someone on other thread reported that after ghost update his/her status changed to "In Process" again from "Decision Made". Seems its some kind of glitch..

Why is that? And I don't need ghost update then... :( When did your security & BGC completed?? Have you crossed 1 year?

I also got "Decision Made" on 26th July but nothing on the tracker. Not even the ghost update :(:(

It happened with me twice as no update in morning but around 11 Am status updated for both test & "Decision Mada" i e completion of Physical presence etc. Where as for my spouse all the activities were updated on ealry mornings.

Exact same date & office with no response. Its really frustrating.
