I have screenshots of all phone records, Skype records, WhatsApp records, Facebook messenger chat records, emails and other messages

I am going to Pakistan on March 12, 2017 and have already emailed CIC the ticket back in January 2017 but they are now asking for passport stamps and photographs of my next recent upcoming visit which i will do it right away after arriving in Pakistan

I already have other evidences including money transfer details as well.

For nationals of Pakistan:
Educational certificates and transcripts must be issued by a post-secondary institution that is accredited by the relevant government authority.

does this mean photocopies of education documents attested by notary public or HEC etc ?
please help

There isn't any requirement for educational certificates as per the new application forms.

Got document request email from CIC stating:

Dear Kanza Huma:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to

continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

 - Kanza Huma:

 > Client Information: Evidence of communication between you and your

sponsor from time of marriage to date. This can include phone records, skype records,

emails, messages.

 Evidence of visits to one another after your marriage, to include evidence such as flight

tickets, passport stamps and photographs of your visits.

 Any photographs post marriage.

 Any other evidence to support your ongoing relationship such as money transfer

receipts. This must be received at this office by: 2017/03/20

What is the family booklet? is it still mandatory if you don't have any children, if not should the box in checklist left be blanked or any further explanation would be required for Pakistani applicants?

I have already applied and my application was received by cic on January 31 but now im freaking out that maybe i have missed some of the documents : another thing is that i have submitted lots of pictures of me as bride with family and honeymoon pics but i didn't had any pic of signing the nikah nama i dont know why no one took pic of that moment so sad... please if someone can help and figure out what to do if my application is returned based on these concerns

I am waiting for my notes. is there any mention of London pilot project anywhere??

I have exactly same notes. I guess due date is set according to the timeline of 1 year.

I think due date is generic. mine was also 12 months ahead of my application date.

Do you see mention of "file held for backoffice/london pilot project" on the last page of notes?

Im waiting for March now.. if this trend keeps up in March too then i think we should all brace ourselves for a 12 month wait.

Jan and Feb 2016 were very slow too.. I just had a look at the 2015 applicant spreadsheet.

Our only hope right now is that they wake up in march and start opening july onwards files..

Hi,

No I read on below link that the due date for Eligibility Etc is the maximum time allowed for Visa officer to finalize the application which is 1 year from the date of application. Please check the below link to know how to read the notes.
