hey guys my wife received COPR today , i was browsing the VFS website but cant figure out how to submit her passport. Any guidance would be appreciated

Congratulations! Please provide the following info so we can update the spreadsheet.

1)Did you receive COPR (Confirmation of permanent residence) or PPR (passport request)? COPR is received with visa on passport.

2) date of sponsorship approval?

Hey everyone,

Received PPR today. (Nov 14th) Alhamdulillah.

Just like Taha317, I can't seem to understand the sending passport process using VFS. It states using VFS in the PPR but do we HAVE to send the passport by VFS or can we use any other reliable couriers.

ALSO, can't my husband just go to Islamabad and hand it in himself or is that not allowed? Please let me know. Thanks.

Jazak Allah, MM345. I was expecting to get PPR in 8 months looking at the early 2015 trend. However, the August LVO vacation period and extensive doc request slowed things down.

Now it looks like they have sped things up again. 2016 apps are being completed in 7-9 months average, Alhamdulillah. So happy for everybody applying now.

Insha-Allah you will get PPR by April 2017. Best wishes.

As far as I know, there is not much delay between DM & PPR. however in some visa offices, PPRs are sent after 2-3 weeks (e.g. New Delhi Visa Office)
I dont think there is any mistake. You will receive PPR soon, IA

Hi, My CIC is just updated with medical results as "passed" nothing else changed. There is no third line in my client status. Medical done 22 october.
