Soooo confused+frustrated+upset by unanswered questions.......... Can anyone plz update if they received UCI for the applicant from Mississauga or their respective Visa office?

The letter requesting documents i got last night mentions a UCI for my hubby(applicant) but this letter is from cic Mississauga not London visa office I thought this UCI for the applicant would come in AOR2. Secondly our background check shows "in progress" and I was told that our app was transferred to LVO on 27 sep. Does it mean its been sitting in Canada all along n thy requested documents after a month now or is it some kinda technical error on the webpage?

I wish cic could communicate effectively. Even when I call them they seem to be bothered by my calls as if i disturb their kitty party

My (Applicants)UCI has still not been communicated to me even after SA.
Having ur background checks in process is different..since u r a Aug 2016 applicant correct.. Mine only eligibility is in process. In either case just please send them over the stuff they asked for asap to avoid delays.. specially with Christmas season around the corner.. :/
Maybe someone else can shed some more light on it..

Same here Aug applicant and NO UCI. I'm told by one of my friend that they don't send it to PA you get to know about it when you apply GMCS notes.

Members,

I m in difficult situation now. Below is the extract of From IMM 5481 Sponsor Evaluation:
"Make sure you include with your application the original Option-C print out obtained from CRA and if applicable , evidence of your employment."
I called CRA yesterday and they said they cannot provide this print out to me as I was not in Canada and didn't file any return (NoN resident for Tax Purpose). And the next return will be filed in February which will be processed till June 2017.
Any one else in this situation?
What should I do?

15-A: Do you have any Children?

Answer: Yes

I provided the details of my daughter.

15-B: If any of children listed in A. do not live with you, give details of your formal/informal visiting rights, indicate how often you visit your children and if provide any financial assistance for them.

Now what should be my reply as my daughter lives with my spouse back in Pakistan not with me. It seems this question for the children from other spouse etc. as next question is "have your spouse met with your children?".

Ppl living in other cities hav to fly to islmbd to get it stamped or couriering is ok too?

we have to submit in our vac.. Like I submitted it to vac-karachi
Vac= karachi visa application center and they are responsible for forwading passport to CHC-ISL
And they forward it with gerrys
Vac and gerrys are in one premises..


P.S= i got decision made on ecas
Whereas ppr was on 5 oct

my status changed from Application submitted to In Process.

Talk about it, I'm calling my husband on desktop Viber and an email for myCIC pops up for do-not-reply and I'm in a state of shock/hoping that miracles exist when it turns out that medical updated from passed to not needed at this time, which I knew 24 hours before.

Confirmation of permanent residence. It comes with your passport stamp.

You will most probably get an email from them tuesday/wednesday for your DM/PPR, IA!
