But if u have one and it shows ur genuine relationship
I dont thinks so there's any harm in giving them

Where can i get supplementary information form from. They didn't write the code for form and I can't find it anywhere.

There are some forms in the last section of this doc that needs to be included in the application (like the supplementary form..its here)

Hire a representative if it's difficult for you to handle docs
And also cic keeps changing docs frequently

There is two types of FRC:
1. Applicant relationship with parents and siblings.
2. Applicant relationship with Spouse and Children.

I got both for my wife showing her relationship with her family and my family.

Do all people need this FRC? I married my wife and we have no familial relation to one another before marriage. Her family and my family are just family friends. And we have no kids. Do we still need this FRC?

If i am not mistaken i just read on the previous post that there's no more requirement to send original docs.
Cic is asking for photocopies now

Attested photocopies or just normal photocopies. I read on the form it just asks for photocopies for nikah nama, birth certificate etc. the only place they ask for certified copies is for passport pages. Any input would be helpful. Do I need to certify my copies? Thanks

The only thing i did was notary public golden stamp thing
Other than this my husband got it done in canada
(Ask someone who did recently)

I have family registration certificate for my family but not with my wife. We have a kid and we can't get FRC without his Canadian passport. We need to take the Canadian passport at Pak embassy in Toronto and apply for NICOP to get it.

Golden stamp? It's just a blue stamp with the advocates name in it.

Ive already gotten notary public stamps done, they are blue stamps with things written like or stamped "certified true copy" or "translated from Urdu to english". This was done at the Kacheri
