Hello Mga kakababayan...Need some help regarding the appilication for spousal sponsorship.. I have all my documents and just signing the forms already and about to mail them this MArch....

Hope u can help me with IMM 1344E regarding APPLICATION TO SPONSOR UNDERTAKING..


. The Principal applicant is me of course.... Teresa Proulx
Then it says here Sponsors Personal details- so i put the name of my husband and all his details..questions 1-9
Then Sponsors Contact Information...- I allready fill it out

iM CONFUSED REGARDING tHE Co-signer personal Details.
Who is the Co- Signer ...is it me or my husband? please plaes help me w/ this..
When i check the Immigrtaion Guide it say its the same w/ Sponsors Personal Details.
So, do i have to write again the information about my husband?

Im a filipina and my Husband is Canadian...

hi
when sponsoring your spouse there is no consigner, so leave it blank, if you are filling the form on the pc, it will not permit you to fill it.

goin' to be a march applicant as well for spousal sponsorship (hopefully my husband will submit our application very soon )

regarding sa question mo,
the only person who can be the co-signer of the sponsor is his/her spouse..but since you(spouse) is the principal applicant, di ka pwedeng maging co-signer..hindi mo din pwede ilagay information ng husband mo on that part.

How did you organize your application before sending it?
All my pictures like wedding and reception photos, old and new photos and our conversation, i attached them with the Form 5490 (spouse questionaire). Do i need to provide another photos, or any additional details as proof of our relationship? Coz i dont have any idea what else i need to be added. Thank you. Please.

March 8, 2013- Application has been received
April 5, 2013- Application for eligibility to sponsor approved
Medical Results Received
Application sent to CEM

hello there mga kabayan...just wanna ask something..my husband is a principal sponsor (canadian citizen).
last jan. 18 he sent my papers in Mississauga and reply that already recieved
feb.18 they said that he is approved to sponsor me so Mississauga informed him that my papers will be sent here in canadian embassy manila...and until now everytime my hubby check the status of my paper on the link they given to him..they said that medical receive..until now dont have any news..

and i have 1 more question?...need ko p b tlgang mag submit ng police certificates galiing sa UAE at Kuwait..khit n marriage visa ako?..thanks and Godbless

Hey, I've seen you on some other threads asking the same question. You'll need police certificates/clearances in any country you've resided in for 6 months and over. Hope it answers your question.

Hello ! i posted this thread last March and i was able to check it now lang...ang dami na palang reply... Yes sis..need talaga yan mga police clearance kahit NBI..okay na yan ako NBI lang ang pinasa ko.

Mga sis. If you resided sa ibang bansa for more than 6 months consecutive when you were 18 years above, you need to submit PC with your application. If you did not, it will be helpful if you can request it now so when they ask for it, you have it ready na.

Hello! As for me. I did not provide another set of photos for proof of relationship. I organized them by every number. And if the number asks for it (e.g use another page if insufficient space. Provide documentary evidence.) I think that note on the last part saying proof of relationship pertains if you'd want to add more proof. Hope that answers your question.

Hi. All those documents I sent them like police clearance, birth certificate, marriage contract , etc was not red ribbon. It wasn't indicated that documents have to be red ribbon. Maybe it's a different thing if you'll already work in Canada.

sis even though nag stay ako ng almost 8 months s uae at 2 years nman sa kuwait?..ok nb ung NBI galing stin at ung old passport ko ng exit stamp nung umuwi me dito sa pinas?..dont have any idea n need ko pla ung police clearance...
