Hey guys my wife got her interview done at NDVO on Nov30th, interviewer was a nice Canadian lady. She was nice to my wife and she didn't ask too many questions but she did mention about photographs and me not costing India this year and also said something about the phone calls. Overall she was a good lady. My wife was very confident by little confuse about the overcome of the interview. She thought she might not cleared it because the lady gave her passport back. (My wife's medical is expiring on Dec 10,2016.

So I just the status online the very next day after the interview.
Appilication -open
Eligibility-review in progress
Medical- passed
Documents -----(blank)
Interview- complete
Background check - in process
Decision made - not started.

Background check went from "not started" to "in process"
And interview "not needed" to "complete"

I'm just little worried and confused. What does it really means
Please help.

Hi,

If the interview went well and the interviewer was apparently satisfied with your wife's answers, you may expect PPR in 4-6 weeks!

Basically your wife should get a signal from the interviewer's body language whether positive or negative. Giving back passport is normal...not to be worried for that.

Good luck!

Hasan

She is not 100% sure. But background check is in process now. I hope we get medical request now since her medical is going to expire in a week. Hope for the best. Thanks Hasan9999

Hello I want to ask something. We will have interview and the interview might be held February 2017 inshallah. We are still not sure yet about the date. Since we got that information after my husband sent email to Tom Richter. He told us that they are planning to held interview in Indonesia February 2017. I have a question. Will they ask about how many siblings does my spouse have? Because so far that i can remember is we only wrote that he has 1 sister. Which actually he has 1 sister and 5 others half siblings who live with him in his parents house. We didn't mention his half siblings in our application. What should we do now? Should we send the CSE? Because we didn't know and we thought that we don't need to mention about half siblings.

Any feedback will be appreciated :)

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow is my interview. Please pray for me. :) :) :)

Hi,

Please check copies of your submitted forms...I don't remember exactly whether you are supposed to mention names or details of half brothers or sisters. If so you can now let them know their particulars through CSE and also consider sending email to inform them that you have inadvertently didn't include those names.

Hello Sjgolfer,

I applied for my health card 9 September 2016. I went to “Ontario Service Health” for my health card. I filled there a form, they take a picture and they give me papers that I will get my health card 8 December and my health card will active from 8th December. I went for my SIN or insurance number “CANADA SERVICE” and there they ask me my detail and they check my papers (papers means my passport, my 6 pdf pages pdf paper which is very important for your insurance and health card). The CANADA SERVICE give me one paper where they mentioned my insurance number and now a day they do not issue a card for insurance. The insurance paper is very important.

Farhana

Hello Landing_PR,

Your question------------

1.“ Now, what I need to know is what can I possibly to do to potentially get waived from getting interviewed?

2.Or is there a way to get my name on the interview list quicker/sooner? Anything to expedite the process?

3.I have nothing to hide but I want to get PPR for my husband ASAP. Whether it's by getting my name on the list stat, and going through the interview or sending in more proof than what I have already sent?”

Your first answer-------------

It is not easy to waived interview but you can send your update marriage proof to the visa office it will easy your interview.

Your second answer--------------

There is no way for quick interview. Everything depends on visa office when your turn come the visa office will inform you.

Your third answer------------

You should send your update marriage proof to the visa office may be it will help your interview more comfortable because interview is not easy if you don’t send any update on your marriage. If your send your marriage proof the visa office will know that you are in good relationship.

Regards
Farhana

Thanks Farhana for your insight. I guess the best is to hope and pray to get an interview date soon so that this nightmare process is over. Appreciate your help Farhana!

At last he asked me for my police certificate and all new update form and kept them. then tell me to wait for couple of weeks for decision. than i was looking at him then he told if u have any ques u can asked i said no sir, then he started to laugh and told me ask anything you want than i asked "how was my interview sir?" he replied " it was terrible than he said oo man im joking it was fine im satisfied wait for the decision. then agian he told me do u know what is the next process? it is the decision either you will pass or your application will be refuse but don't panic i haven't seen anything to refuse your application so it gonna be okay. i'll let you what to do next in writting, till then wait.
