i hav ques. i donot hav to show my husbnads income or tax return ryt?

Dear Jupiter16,

When I faced my interview, I bring my husband past two years’ income pay stuff and monthly pay stuff because in immigration interview one question is very important that if immigration officer ask about how I will survive in Canada and how my husband manage me in financially. So, it’s very important to bring yearly and monthly pay stuff. The officer will not ask you about your income tax. But if the officer will ask you-----“ How your husband support you financially in Canada or If the officer question you ------
Do your husband support you financially? If yes than show his yearly and monthly pay staff.

To me it is very big question and that time you have to proof that my husband income yearly ------thousand and monthly income--- thousands and I have proof with me, I can show you that my husband can support me very well.

Regards
Farhana

Hi Hassan9999,

I see you're a very active and helpful member of this post. I have received an email from London Visa Office today regarding interview which is below:

Hello from London,

This is in response to your enquiry regarding the above noted file.

Please be advised that your application, including the submission referred to below, has been reviewed by an Immigration Officer. The Immigration Officer has determined that an interview is required. This interview will take place during an area trip by an Immigration Officer based in London.

We expect to conduct one area trip in each quarter of the year. We will be in contact with the applicant approximately one month prior to the interview.

We hope this is of assistance.

From the letter, this is a confirmation that I am in the interview queue. However, it doesn't state when and where it'll happen. I'm sure a letter will come, hopefully soon, to address that. Now, what I need to know is what can I possibly to do to potentially get waived from getting interviewed? Or is there a way to get my name on the interview list quicker/sooner? Anything to expedite the process? I have nothing to hide but I want to get PPR for my husband ASAP. Whether it's by getting my name on the list stat, and going through the interview or sending in more proof than what I have already sent?

Just a brief history on my case.
- I have a rejected TRV after we had received SA
- We have a child together
- I had received PFL in September because they were missing our kid's Birth Certificate and our marriage certificate
- I send our chat logs/phone logs monthly
- We have visited my husband in Pakistan 3 times since the submission of our application in December 2015

Hi,

Farhana gave you a reply. Please check that.

The VO may have questions and concerns on your husband's application.

If you have already collected your GCMS notes, you should at least know why they put your husband in their interview list. GCMS note is very helpful to understand the overall status of the file.

VO will schedule the interview date as per their priority and workload. However, you can always send them additional relationship proofs/evidences in support of your application.

If you are a Canadian citizen, you may seriously consider moving back with your kid to live with your husband for a couple of months. This will go in favour of his application.

Please keep browsing through this thread and you will be able to extract so much valuable information to move forward in the right track. Members here putting sincere effort to help each other. That's amazing!

Good luck.

Hi jupiter16,

Your husband can keep those papers handy(if can be arranged), otherwise don't bother. In case they ask, he can send later after the interview. These are the papers relating to his income tax. But he should also bring sponsor's income tax papers as Farhana suggested.

I took those papers but they never asked. What they asked from me was my net worth statement(which I sent after interview).

Good luck!

Does anyone know in average how long is the interview? Please advise. Thank you

Your question is not clear!

Interview waiting time varies from VO to VO. Please obtain your GCMS notes to know how your application is progressing.

Also specific VO thread will give you an idea how your respective VO is scheduling the interview.

Hey guys my wife got her interview done at NDVO on Nov30th, interviewer was a nice Canadian lady. She was nice to my wife and she didn't ask too many questions but she did mention about photographs and me not costing India this year and also said something about the phone calls. Overall she was a good lady. My wife was very confident by little confuse about the overcome of the interview. She thought she might not cleared it because the lady gave her passport back. (My wife's medical is expiring on Dec 10,2016.

So I just the status online the very next day after the interview.
Appilication -open
Eligibility-review in progress
Medical- passed
Documents -----(blank)
Interview- complete
Background check - in process
Decision made - not started.

Background check went from "not started" to "in process"
And interview "not needed" to "complete"

I'm just little worried and confused. What does it really means
Please help.
