You have taken the right decision!

Send them some (really good) recently taken pictures in wonderful locations! They will realise you are having great time with your wife.

Hasan

Well I have a bunch of photos of us with her parents and out for dinner with her brothers. Also random places like a waterfall, the waterpark and around her hometown. We're gonna visit a volcano and camp overnight. I also just booked a 6 day trip to Thailand for our 1 year anniversary :) so we will have lots of quality pics to send them.

Thanks for the support Hasan.

Hello my friends,

I do not get my health card yet and I have a serious finger pain. Can anyone tell me where can I go and without health card how can I get a doctor appointment. I live in whitby near Oshawa and Ajax.

Regards
Farhana

Most (all?) cities in Ontario have walk-in clinics to get access to doctors. Do you not have a family doctor?? Does the sponsor??

Here is a list of Walk-in clinics available in Whitby: https://www.google.ca/search?q=Whitby+walk+in+clinic&oq=Whitby+walk+in+clinic&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.7343j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#q=Whitby+walk+in+clinic&rflfq=1&rlha=0&rllag=43898481,-78935350,2528&tbm=lcl&tbs=lf:1,lf_ui:2,lf_pqs:EAE

If you get a lemon, make a lemonade! This time of your life will be the very best given all the limitations you might have...

There is no such things as "limitations". Those are opportunities for improvement.

There has been many people able to have their interviews waived after sending more proofs to the VO. Just a couple weeks ago one member had their interview cancelled after sending more proofs of their recent visit to Singapore. This member had also emailed them asking about the interview and if it could be scheduled while she was visiting her husband.

Hey man whatsup...I guess after they put you in a interview queue, they may remove you from the queue if they want to. The question is does your VO tend to interview people with weak or strong cases? In your case, they are indirectly punishing you by prolonging your process. Bit illogical to me, but what can we do?

I guess they need a certain amount of interviews per office or some other form of interview quota. My cousin was called for an interview, but it was just a formality, and they already had the papers ready to approve her. They asked for no extra evidence, it lasted about 5mins and she was approved on the spot. Hope it's the same for you!

Yes I do agree! If you explore limitations, you may find good opportunities eventually....

+1 (Good) for you!

Have you had other relationships besides your sponsor?

Example- What if you had and broke up with your partner (other than your husband before marriage) like teenage love!!

its been over 6 weeks since my husband had the interview and still no response from the Vo... ughhh how long does this take?

If you are asking if you and your significant other should know this information for the interview, then I would recommend you do. My wife and I know the name, length of relationship and reason why the relationship ended.

Each other must know everything about each other. There is no stone un-turned. In a normal situation there can be gray areas where one thinks it isn't my business to know about his/her past. But when it comes to immigration, no exceptions; must know everything.

The VO asks these questions to establish a pattern. For example, they might want to know if a person has had relationships with other foreigners, if so, why? Was it to gain entrance to that country?

Hi,

There is no fixed policy after how many days the visa office will inform you. Sometimes decision delayed due to delay in receiving background check clearance or other factors. If you think they were apparently satisfied with the interview, you will more likely receive positive decision very soon. Keep checking your email including junk email folder. Also eCAS may give you status change prior to receiving passport request(PPR).

Good luck!
