After re medical how many days you waiting for your passport request farhana

Hello Javed120,

It is very good news you send your documents, hope you don’t forget to send your cover letter. I did my re medical 21 April and the clinic update my medical 23 April and after update my re medical I got my passport request within 11 days later . It depends on visa office. I submit my passport 4 May and still I am waiting for my passport.

If I click “DECISION MADE” there I see-------------

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 11, 2014

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledge receipt of your application September 8, 2014

3. We started processing application on September 8, 2014

4. Medical results have been received.

5. We sent you a letter on April 19, 2016. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


6. We sent you a letter on May 3, 2016. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


The 5 no when the visa office sent me re medical request email.


The 6 no when the visa office send me passport request email.

Don't worry about the cover letter if you didn't send it. It won't effect your file as long as you gave them exactly what they asked for.

You only send your police clearance, update form and landing fee. Did you mention your UCI and Application number?

There will be no problem because you write your UCI and application number. But if you write a cover letter it will be great.

So don’t worry and everything will be fine.

Welcome Javed. You did medical 29 and said your result positive. I hope there is no worry about it. When clinic Update your medical you try to see you application Status. Now a day your application Status is “In process” but when you see your application status “DECISION MADE” that means the visa office get your medical and you are approved in your medical. After few weeks later you will get your passport request.

Re medical process:

When you get re medical request you can go to the visa office selected any clinic. The selected clinic address is below-----

In Canadian spousal immigration visa you need to test your Blood test, Chest X-Ray, Height, Weight and Urine test. After test if any applicant has some medical problem the clinic will inform the applicant and do not sent his/her medical report to the visa office. After re medical any applicant can call the clinic and he/she can know about her medical report. If applicant has no problem the clinic will updates his/ her medical report to the visa office.

When clinic update his/her re medical, after 7/10 days later the applicant will see her/his application status change “DECISION MADE”. “DECISION MADE” means the visa office received your re medical report and your medical approved.

Prepare my documents:

Applicant will submit his/her police clearance; update form and landing fee to the visa office. He or she need to write a cover letter. The format is below….............
