You require proof of cohabitation, so I wouldn't advise going ahead without it.

Thanks @canuck_in_uk, as we discussed earlier in the thread, I do plan to do Outland application since she might have to travel although she will be living with me in Canada. Does applying Outland still need proof cohabitation? Also aside from proof of cohabitation, do they ask for any proof of address in Canada for me or my spouse (since with Airbnb, its quite hard give any proof ).

Yes. You really need to go look at the checklist to see what is required.

We lived in an air bnb during summer holiday, the receipt had both our names and days we lived there. I think if you can get that it should help to show you lived together for that period. You can also update your address once you move to your own place
