Did any one had procedural fairness letter?
Procedural fairness letters are sent to those whose applications are about to be rejected. It's an explanation of why the application is being rejected and a last chance for the applicant to convince the agents in charge not to reject their application.

But later on sending this letter they gave me SA and AIP. It was regarding medical request. My medical expired. I had to go for re examination.

Then you're fine. If you got a request for a new medical and you did the new medical, and then you got your SA and AIP, you're fine. You did what they asked.

That's a very good question! CBSA has also seized my passport, would also like to know what we could do in cases like this to avoid that hassle.
So when you get your landing appointment right a way email and let them know that you don't have your passport so they order it for you. This is another waiting time it may take 2-3 weeks even if both building(CBSA and IRCC) are in the same block/street it will take that long! VERY STRANGE.

Anyone waiting for their landing appointment at the Vancouver office?

I just got mine, but I was waiting for it since October 1st. Finally going on the 23rd. It's a hit or miss how fast you get an appointment, at least in Vancouver, so I don't want to discourage you.
