Just saw a few people from October having AIP! I think the applications are going faster now because of the fact Mississauga is transferring to Vancouver so they both can process it.. make sense no?!

how did they get AIP so fast! I am Oct 11, my eligibility hasn't even started it. Now I am having a minor panic attack :(

There are a few points: Mississauga had sent a few apps to Vancouver as I have seen so maybe it helps the processing time, plus if the person doesn’t have red flag, has a straight forward application, comes from a country where the bgc check doesn’t take too long.. I believe all those factors help as well

I just got an email requesting another form. They want us to fill in the statutory declaration form for common-law.

Should I be worried about this or anything?
Is it normal?

Application received: September 7th
AOR: November 1st
Medical passed: May 1st

No need to panic, I believe I filled it and sent it with my application.

Awesome. I m september 20 applicant and didn't hear nothing since medical passed.

I'm confused with the form. It asks who we declared the common-law relationship in front of.

What do we put for that/what do we do?
I took that form to a local gazette officer(lawyer) and swore in front of him. Basically he will sign it and put his seal/stamp on it.
