I was on IEC when we applied. We applied September 6th and my IEC expired December 16th. My work permit didn't come until the start of Feb but I got it all the same.
So you must get implied status or mine wouldn't have come when it did, or so I assume.

I thought the same and the people at the immigration call centre keep telling me the same. That I'll have 'implied status and can therefore carry on working'. But I've seen a few posts on here stating otherwise.

Do you mind if I ask- did you carry on working between the time your IEC work permit expired and you receiving your new OWP?

Yeah, you should be fine. I did contact them just because it had reached four months and I hadn't heard anything. But the work permit came through 2 days after they responded.

I personally didn't work. I'd moved to a new area so I left it until my new work permit came through.

Hi anybody may, June and July applicant can confirm, AZ800JB group number of applicants has to go through interview? Is it true? Is group number has to do anything with red flag?

April 13 applicant. Passed eligibility today. Decision has not been made yet.
Does anyone know how long should I wait for DM after eligibility passed?

I recently got DM and it took about a month after AIP but I was in the middle of a document request and my lawyer actually had to phone up CIC and inquire as to my application status for them to look at my file.

Back in January when the first big rush of DMs from the new streamlined process happened it seemed completely different for each person! Some got SA, then AIP, then DM, some got DM but no AIP, some got both at the same time, some didn't even get DM and went straight to the landing interview! Hopefully yours will go through soon.

Great congrats. I think you should get DM in next couple of weeks.... does your ECAS say something?

Just checked the account, and she passed the medical. My wife called the clinic earlier, and they said that the report was submitted on the 29th, even though the medical exam was done on the 19th. I think it takes a week from the time when the doctor submits the results to show the status change.

Good news today. I got my status updated that I passed my medical. It took exactly the same time as your wife according to you. Did mine on March 22nd, submitted on April 1st, and passed today.

Now is the waiting game.....

Good luck with your wait! I had about 6-7 months of radio silence between passing medical and when they properly started to look at my file.

My ECAS status turned to DM this morning.

Hey guys,

I mailed my documents to the FBI on January 8th of this year and stupidly didn't pay for the tracking of the documents. So I was wondering if anyone knows the processing times they are at right now. I know it can take up to 4 months but I haven't had my credit card charged yet either and its been 3 months. I am worried they haven't received my documents and I will have to do it all over again.
Also, the IRCC had emailed me a week ago, saying I have 30 days to submit the PCC and I emailed them back saying that I am waiting but I am worried they may drop my application if I don't receive my PCC on time. I was going to call them and explain my situation, does anyone know the number to do that?

Thanks in advance!!

If you do it digitally it should take less than a week total. Find a company that does digital fingerprinting for FBI Checks and they'll give you a printout of your prints on an official FBI form. Sign up to the FBI website (I'll provide the link), pay the fee, and courier your prints (and proof of payment) to their office in Virigina. From the day I got my prints to the day I got my FBI report I think it was about 3-4 days.

FBI Electronic Departmenal Order: https://www.edo.cjis.gov/

Honestly I'd write off your prior application as a loss. You can either save a few bucks, or do it properly within the IRCC timeframe and make sure that your PR application isn't in any danger of being refused.

Hey! You should use the eDO option. Same thing. You get your fingerprints done, go on FBI webcite complete the online form. mail the card to the FBI. And you will get results within 2-3 days. And within 2 weeks in your mail box.
I also sent my card in the end of November (before they started to do it electronicaly with eDO) and I got those results in the middle of March..so they probably processing December aplicants there now... My advise do eDO.
