Same here!.. March 15. They sent me a correspondence on March 1,2018 requesting Police Record based on Fingerprints ( CANADA) . RCMP sent it on March 03..My account changed to "documents has been upload"today..Still waiting for a decision.
What did CIC request on March ? Just curious

Can you let me know when you receive the message outlining your approval details? I was approved on the CIC myaccount on March 5th, and I haven't received a message nor my OWP in the mail... there are others on the same boat as well as well, and I'm trying to figure out if it's happening to other people too. Thanks in advance!

Same here. OWP approved on myCIC on March 5, and still haven't received any messages or permit in the mail. We sent a webform to CIC asking about it and they said the permit was mailed and we need to wait 6 weeks before they take any action. Someone at the CIC office in Vancouver suggested flag poling at the border and trying to get the permit printed, but I'm skeptical. Any suggestions?

To flag poling, you need to have valid TRV on your passport. Unless there is risk being not let you in the country. Btw flag poll would be the fastest way to get your work permit!

Thanks. We are from a visa exempt country, so the TRV shouldn't be an issue. However, there is always the risk of not being allowed into the country and loosing the PR application.

I believe in this case we would have to ask for a OWP document "replacement"a at the border, since CIC says they already mailed it. Anyone with experience replacing a lost or undelivered permit at the border?

Are you in implied status? Were you with IEC visa and what is the expire date?

I don’t think you will going to have any problem than, just before you do flag poll go to the canadian border, ask such as question, they will tell you everything right way if that would work or not. I have has same situation that’s why I’m giving you fair advice along with information
