Yes this is the message I got also - however there is a line on the website somewhere stating that you do not need a PC for Canada unless specifically requested. Since they are the Canadian government and have those details on file, I assume! • At this time, you need to provide a police certificate for:
1) The country where you currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more; and
2) The country where you have spent most of your adult life since the age of 18.
