I sent my application with Sche A and PCC. Hmm, I guess i will contact them to figure outDid you submit your Sched A and PCC upfront?
They asked for Sched A and PCC usually right after linking your application. I uploaded mine but it still says "Your action required".
But when you go to the application it says document uploaded. I think its the glitch the forum been talking about.
My application was sent with PCC and sche A. I will contact them soon to figure out,It is a well know glitch, you should call them and ask which documents are required. It is usually Schedule A and Police check.
i think you'll need to wait a bit longer - even the processing times page gives 60-80 days waiting time before getting your AOR.. Mine was 54 days.Guys did anyone from dec 2017 got AOR ?

I understand your frustration. Other people are waiting as well. Cic is dealing with Jan and feb 2017s applicants right now so hopefully March will come around very soon.May I ask if you are common law or married?
I’m so frustrated... I applied on the same day, however still no answer. The last updated in my profile is “we received your medical exam” and is being like that for a couple months. I did my appliance with an immigration consultant and because of that I don’t have access to my gkey... I wonder if I should call immigration to ask about it because when I ask about it he only says “we have to wait”. Honestly, if I could go back in time I would have done it all myself
I'm dec 6... still waitingGuys did anyone from dec 2017 got AOR ?
Applied on October 11(they received it on Oct 12), AOR was on December 7, together with Sch A and PCC requestWhen did you apply
You need to contact your MPs office and get them to advocate for you as well as give them the evidence of your visitor status (passport stamp, eta, boarding pass). This happened to us and MP and lawyer sorted it out this way (took a month though). Good luckHi guys, I only found this website a couple of days ago and I wish I did sooner. I think it's been more helpfull than calling cic haha.
So I just wanted to share my story and timeline too. So we applied for my permanent residency under common law inside canada with OWP too and the application was received August 16th. On October 3rd I got my AOR and request for the police certificate and the Schedule A. Some day after that my OWP was sent back because of missing fees and I sent it back and it was received at Vegreville October 19th. Last week I received an email saying that I'm not elegible for the OWP because I didn't have a valid status and that it will be approved once I get sponsor approval. My visitor visa expired on november 7th so both times when i sent OWP application I had valid status at the moment. Called cic and the lady said that the waiting time for OWP it's actually 4 months from the day I receive sponsor approval. After looking at all the other post I saw on here that didn't seem quite right so I called again and this time they told me to fill an IRCC web form as a technical error and to explain my situation. Now I'm hoping to get an email soon.
well 1 month it's still better than waiting for the approvalYou need to contact your MPs office and get them to advocate for you as well as give them the evidence of your visitor status (passport stamp, eta, boarding pass). This happened to us and MP and lawyer sorted it out this way (took a month though). Good luck
I think I read you post properly. So, the implied status just starts when they start to process your application and not when they receive it. That is the reason why a lot of people apply for an extension of visitor permit to guarantee that they have still have status when immigration starts processing the applicationwell 1 month it's still better than waiting for the approval
