I have experienced
technical issue in mycic account. I am not able to receive correspondence. Found it out when I call IRCC hotline this morning, it was request for Schedule A. I completed the form but could not send it through mycic account, I can't find upload button. I sent it through the IRCC webform instead. Should I send my Schedule A through mail too? to CPC in Mississauga)

I completed the form but could not send it through mycic account, I can't find upload button. I sent it through the IRCC webform instead. don't send it multiple times. sending it through webform is enough. did you receive a confirmation email that your cse was sent? i sent my sched a through webform and i received an email a month later saying that they received the imm5669 and it was forwarded to the VO.

Yes just today it changed to passed, and never showed that it was in progress before today either.

Yup i think you should be fine just double check with them.

Hello, thanks for the reply. I received a confirmation that it was sent successfully and an automated message from my cse, saying I have to wait about 10business days to receive a reply.

May I ask how did you know you were not able to receieve correspondence?
I'm waiting for my schedule A request too.

1) Do I just leave the employer question blank

2) Intended work in Canada

As to the 1st one, you can leave it blank, as open work permit does not require you to stay with the same employer.

As to Intended work in Canada you can specify your occupation and the city and province of your intended work (but it's not mandatory).
