Yes


It's a new way of landing interview. They don't give you a specific time and date. you can just go to their office during the office hours and you will receive the COPR on spot.
After receiving the DM how long did you wait until you received the interview letter?
Congrats!
DM was Oct 11. So we can just go anytime then?

It was around 2.5- 3 weeks for me! Just received the pre-landing letter. Montreal as well.

Anyone landed in Montreal lately? I thought I was supposed to get a specific interview date but the letter I got yesterday is named "Pre Landing" letter and just says to come to the office in Montreal during office hours and before July 10 of next year. Is this normal? And does the CoPR ever come after interview letter? I don't believe I have that yet..
I have received the same letter! It is all good. Means we are finally done!))) congrats!

November 9th. I called IRCC today and all the agent said was that I was approved and I need to wait for the local office to contact me or I might be asked to send the passport, Nothing new.

We have received the attached email from the immigration saying that your eligibility to apply as a Permanent Resident have been met.

App received by CIC -------- November 29th 2107
AOR Mississauga ------------ January 14th 2018.
DM both side on ECAS ----- October 24th 2018
AIP & SA ------------------------ October 30th 2018
Landing Letter ----------------- November 8th 2018
Landing Appt ------------------ November 20th 2018 (Etobicocke)

CIC account still says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" & "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"
