The MIDI cleared the backlog, they are back to 25 working days, so 5 weeks. From the website, they are working on March 13th applications.

I have a question, if my country does not have any specific requirements, do I still select box 6 of the IMM5589? Would that mean that I have checked and I don't need anything? OR do I just do not select it because there are not specific requirements?

Yes he was, I double checked with him because 6 weeks seemed like an extremely long time just for an email, but yes he confirmed it would be upto 6 week.

@TheImmigrator - Hey, I would suggest you to contact the CIC helpline, there is a glitch in their system where they send you a correspondence which should trigger an email to your myCIC account but its not working properly. Hence, your ECAS shows they sent you a correspondence but you don't get anything.

Mostly, at this stage it is about Schedule A and PCC. Call them and make sure what was the message about and make arrangements to get them uploaded by the web form.

good morning everyone I hope this week all of our dec 2016 applicant and 2017 will receive their OWP, this Friday coming will make 4month since I have applied and still no OWP the only thing I have revive is AOR after that nothing and its very frustrating siting at home with nothing to do, is anyone in the same position as me?and has anyone in that timeline recently receive anything?if yes plz share your timeline and what you have receive all the best to eveyone

Hi,

They received my application Jan. 24, 2017. I received a message my OWP was approved April 20, 2017, but I have not received it yet. Did you try to link it? A representative told me around the 3-month time mark you should be able to. For me - the day I linked it was the day it got approved.

Well I sent schedule A twice thru webform but never get proper response, again I jus sent one on April.20th after I got following email... I hope they will get the 5669 and fix the system soon

I checked MyCIC and my OWP was approved valid until April 21, 2019. I can finally look for work! Thank God!
