Hello, Everyone.

I have been reading for 2 days from page 1 (still in 176). Thank you all for your inputs-- very informative and helpful.

We were sent a request for CSQ and Schedule A, last September. However, we were not asked to submit Police Clearance. Is this normal?

It could be normal if you already submitted PCC with your application as country specific requirements...

Thanks for the reply. We sent our package September 1st and unfortunately don't have confirmation whether or not it was received as we lost the tracking number immediately after sending out the package, so I was just a little concerned about where we stand right now. (Nothing was returned to us though, so that's a good sign of the package being received.)

I guess we'll wait a week or so and maybe the AOR will come through then.

Best of luck to everyone!

We didn't. Or I don't think I did. However, I believe I submitted for my TRV. Will they count that? So weird. I am getting stressed.

Thanks guys I landed today October 19th.
No aip, no DM. Call for RPRF and then call 2 days later to land

Officially a PR now!

I agree the last AOR's that I've seen are from like August 23rd applicants. looks like there might be some form of delay. hopefully soon

I think it's obvious the most resources are being directed towards getting everyone who applied before December 2016 finalized by the end of this year as promised, which is only fair, eventually they will catch up. We are still looking at a 12 month process on average, which is great when you think it used to be 26-30 months!

This forum is a god send though, the process is pretty stressful as it is but less so when you learn about current waiting times for each step in the process!

That's really quick, 7 months? Any reason it was so fast?
No idea really yes 7 months total . Been married for 2 yrs before applying. Have a kid and maybe they had mercy on me since ive been in their system since 2011 haha.

We had an initial submission but it was returned due to a new form; which was changed last July, while they had our application submitted early June). That's why perhaps our AOR came out faster the second time.
I'm not sure about that. You should probably call, they will be able to tell you better...

Any early September applicants got AOR yet?
I believe it's a week early to expect that as yet. I guess August last week applicants are still waiting for AOR including myself, so hopefully soon.
