Unlikely, as he does have adults around him (2 US Generals; 3 if you consider McMaster (Lt. General)). Mattis knows there is no good military solution. Even Putin today, publicly told Un to recall Iraq and Saddam Hussien. And said that he needs to back down, or that could be him. The rhetoric change from the Ruskies is definitely interesting, to say the least. Considering N.Korea is using Soviet scientists and stole the ICBM plans from Ukraine...

For all those with OHIP questions:
I went to service ontario with AIP letter( had landing scheduled interview letter too)....they counted the time when you will get OHIP coverage (back dated) and calculate the 3 months waiting period from when AIP letter was received
OHIP issued for 1 yr
But, once you land you can go and get that updated before the actual card come so the OHIP validity would be longer (its based on your license/date of birth and some algorithhm) they use for dates

Also, if you go with your OWP, and a letter from your employer (assuming full time employment), they will back date the 90 days to the day you started working, and it will be valid for the duration of your OWP.

That's not the case, actually. They have to have intent to employ you for at least the next 6 months. That has to be spelled out clearly in the letter. I know, because this is exactly what my wife did and was granted OHIP.

November 15, 2016 applicant, got AOR December 6, 2016. Only update I received was they received the additional documents I sent and uploaded them to our file (the police certificates) but nothing else since then No updates on background checks, etc...

This is my timeline.

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 10, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on November 9, 2016.

The last time I called CIC it says they are in August 25, 2016, Anyone has a new date they are processing or working on?

Oct 2016 as well and got the same message. When I called CIC an officer told me to ignore it that they did not need any document from me.
