anyone else with the same timeline?

This is my timeline.

1. We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on October 14, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 10, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on November 9, 2016.

The last time I called CIC it says they are in August 25, 2016, Anyone has a new date they are processing or working on?

October 2016 applicant here. My CIC account keeps saying ''your action is required" when I login. I do not see any documents attached, please is someone experiencing the same? Please help.

Well, honestly it wouldn't matter if you were or were not alone here. Though, you're not.

See, they can see document requests, so they can tell you for certain if there is an outstanding request. If you are ever not sure if they've requested something, the call centre can answer immediately.

I called them already. And they can't see any document request.
Although in April, I received a document stating I should re-submit police certificate. I called and they said it's a technical glitch and a batch of emails had been sent out to lots of people.

i got a call this morning from immigration(private number) saying the address for my interview has change from 200 guy favreau(i know this place well) to 420 rue sherbrooke( la plaza= from what google is telling me its a hotel) anyone landing in montreal or knows of it ever went or had it done at la plaza?
p.s im trying to call cic to verify but its all automated...still cant get to talk to someone.

I was requested to submit photocopy of my renewed passport. I submitted via Web form as soon as I got the request, but it was not received until almost 40days later.

Do you want the technical, or non technical answer here?

Non-technical: A part of the web site that you are viewing was unable to retrieve information within a timely fashion.

Technical: myCIC is making an external call to another website that is behind a proxy. That proxy was unable to retrieve the data to show in the iframe within a timeout period.

It will be intermittent, and will likely be resolved soon.
