My husband had his medical last Monday and yesterday his CIC account was updated that he passed his medical. We are September 2016 applicant, and still no update on ECAS. We haven't received anything from CIC except the medical request. So i'm wondering what will be next after his medical...any idea or feedback?
BTW, i love this forum!!! I don't feel so alone anymore going through this immigration process. Thanks everyone...i appreciate all the feedback!

Today I spoke to cic.They told me your processing time 26 months but they received my application dec 14 2016

we are April 2016 applicant and so far almost 17 months waiting so maybe 9 months more processing for us if they hold to that 26 months, it is a long frustrating wait

But as I know in cic website on after December 7 2016 the processing time 12 months and second things they started my security check in April 2017 and still in progress

Your security check started April 17??? I am Aug 16 applicant, and my security check started July 17 lol....

I really came to believe that there is no set of process standard ...

I believe they are working to finish 80% of 2016 applicant by the end of 2017...... hope nobody in this forum is that 20%..

Another little depressing news for 2016 applicant.. there are dozen of applicant landed in during July 2017 to now from March 2017 applicant...
