Congratulations Futurism! IRCC is working fast.

September Apps next!!!

So if they are processing Aug 10 rightnow, that means "most" of the Aug applicants should now be getting AIP SA etc?
Or it is more like they fully process the apps till Aug 10?
Any idea

It means the majority of cases processing now is Aug 10 or before.

It depends. For example, I was a March 2016 applicant and persons who had submitted applications after me in April 2016 and beyond received DM before me because my BGC (Security part) was still in process. So it all depends if Eligibility and BGC is done for someone from August 12, 2016 before someone from May 2016 then that person will move to SA and DM before the person from May 2016.

Also, if two people are at DM stage and Officer looking at someone's file sees that Applicant A's (Apr 2016) medical is about to expire then they have the discretion to expedite the Landing appointment for Applicant A before Applicant B (Mar 2016) to avoid the medical expiring.

Straight forward applications will also move through "faster".

Hello @profiler thanks for all the sound advices you have been posting; you are the real MVP . My application was recieved on Nov 29 2016; got aip with pcc request on april sent on may yet to hear a response. My question are: i am yet to pay the rrpf fees.

1: should i wait for cic to req it beforw paying

2: would not paying the fees slow down the process?

Aww shucks... thanks

1 - pay any time before landing.

2 - not as long as you have paid before you go to your landing interview. Bring the receipt that you paid it.

@ profiler, sylvain, carol b, guyana gurl, browning etc, can any one of you please, look up your initial gcsm notes and tell me what is written against the Principal Applicant's 'Type of address'. The words 'entered in error' was written against mine in the first gcsm notes and it was written in this second one again as 'entered in error' with the fonts and paragraph changed. My sponsors Type of address is written 'residence'. I know that I have asked this question before, however, the replication in this latest gcsm notes bothers me.

Sorry can't comment on this one, i never ordered notes

1 No do not do this.

2 typically email. But if they are trying to fit you in ASAP, they may call.

3 browning911 landed there yesterday. Check her previous post from around 2 or 3pm ET July 18.

Browning911: many congratulations to you and your husband.... :)

a quick question how long in your case it took to get Etobicoke IRCC interview schedule appointment call/email from the date you were notified that you will get an appointment call from this office. Its little urgent for me as my wife is leaving today evening and we have received this email yesterday , I didn't want to cancel her trip if inv appointment takes little longer. Please reply once you read this. I know it will different in each case , just to know how many days approx it takes..

Thanks for the congrats. Appreciate it.

Nick, we got DM on Saturday, July 8th, 2017 and then on Monday, July 10th, 2017 my husband got a call from CPC to inform that the appointment would be on Monday, July 17th, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. because they realized the medical was going to expire on July 26th, 2017.
