Good news! Just received request for medical. Medical scheduled for July 7th. Since the doctor is using eMedical system - does it mean that IRCC will receive results of my medical the same day?

Good luck!

They'll get them after the blood and x-ray results are available. Typically 2 business days

depends where you're doing it I guess and how busy the office is. I did mine and I was told within 3-7 days for them to send it to immigration. E medical also. Etobicoke location

I am from India. They might have requested it because I lived in Canada for more than 6 months. Because when they requested a PCC from back home, they did mention it that you also have to send police clearance from the county where you have lived more than 6 months. Assuming they can get all the reports from RCMP by themselves I didn't send them nothing from here, just a PCC from India. And also maybe because I fell out of status.

But What I am worried about is that if it is normal or not?

Even when you call CIC now, they have changed things all around. And also when you hear your file status, now an automated machine says that if fingerprints are needed or not. So I don't know what really the reason for them to ask me about fingerprinting.

Wow, I thought you were and I checked and it said if you're from India you don't need fingerprints. I hope I am not asked that. i sent both from Canada and my home country but neither were finger prints. My country doesn't do that, I did the police clearance certificate I did for both places.

there is also Dr. Lyndon machernhas

So is IRCC still gonna be happy with that timing? I got the request for medical today, I have 30 days to complete it. Since my appointment with panel physician is scheduled for 7th of July it means that medical will be completed at 29the day since received their request. What do you think - based on your experience?

It shouldn't be a problem. You can also contact them to outline why you'd be late. I believe they expect the late submissions also as I was told its taking into consideration.

Hi! How did you receive the medical request? via email?

My wife's MyCic account says that they require her to go medical but we didn't receive any instructions. And Mycic has been acting weird this past few days. Thanks! By the way, We are July 2016 applicant too...

Awesome! I will give IRCC a call to make sure that they are fine with it! Thanks for help!

I guess Fingerprinting and Police check is kinda same thing, isn't it?

What do you think should I be worried about it or no?

You sent them both already. I don't think you will be getting any request to do that unless there criminal matches with your name. But I don't think that will be the case. So rare.

As long as you don`t have any criminal history that you`d be trying to hide from IRCC you don`t have anything to worry about :).

Good luck!

I went to my MP's constituency office this afternoon and spoke with her Constituency Assistant. He made me sign a consent form to all them to IRCC on our behalf. He said they would call when hear get something. Hopefully we get an update soon.

I just checked MyCIC and the same message about requiring additional documents is there but is still no message regarding what they require.

i Thought you got the DM already? i saw it on older Post..

No we got DM for Sponsor=Sponsorship Approval and AIP but no final DM yet.

I just checked MyCIC page and on their site there is no message anymore that "they are experiencing delays and thank you for patience". But of course, when I logged in, additional documents line didnt change :(

Yes Tyara and I saw where IRCC wrote that no one will be penalized for submitting documents late due to problems on the website.

I doubt you have anything to worried about. Not that I know your history.. I'm just saying getting that would be more more hassle. Let us know how it goes I guess..
