So my husband called to cic today to ask about what documents we need to sent to them. And they told it's an error and she have answered same question all day from callers. But also got some good news. They told that he have got sponsor approval. We haven't got any email or message or update about it, but the person told she see from computer we have it!

I'm done with calling CIC, they dont know anything. First I was waiting in line for half n hour and then when was my turn, they just hang up. LOL. Then I called again, wait forever, and the guy told me that they pretty much cant see anything on their computer. No news about SA or AIP or anything. Only thing that he could confirm is that they didnt sent me any message regarding additional documents. I know I should be patient but I'm kind of obsessed with checking my ECAS and MyCIC few times per day, hoping to get something....

I know how you feel. If it is a mistake in MyCIC why doesn't IRCC just revert back before the update to calm everyone down. I keep checking as well so it is not just you.

McCain made absolutely no sense.... he tried to connect the email investigation to the presidential election and tried to draw a parallel with how Comey can say one was concluded, and the other was not .... the whole world has sprung together to get him into an old-age home for ranty drunken senator-hasben's...

Comey said directly, and inferred many times, that Trump and the WH are liars. And every senator took the time to acknowledge Comey's service to the US, and to build up the picture of his character... the GOP did try to "spin" what Comey said to see if he could "say it in a nicer way toward Trump" -- none disputed what he said at all.

EDIT: and the WH has intentionally kept Trump busy and took his phone away... but Junior was the one making the incoherent retaliatory tweets today... #SNL_ButtHead

@profiler , i want to ask u about my application and i want ur advice, i sent my application on May5 and i did not receive AOR so far, but in inland application timeline , there are some people who sent their applications on May 10 and 11, have received AOR. what can i do now? i tried to call IRC many time but i could not

I just checked MyCIC page and on their site there is no message anymore that "they are experiencing delays and thank you for patience". But of course, when I logged in, additional documents line didnt change

Well, from the timeline when the 2016's applied, a month is nothing. I waited almost 3 for AOR. Now-a-days, not sure if that's bad or good. You can try to call first thing in the AM (Try for 8:01am ET), or try after 6PM ET (you should be directed to another call centre in the West). You will need your UCI for them to try to find your file.

It is possible it is in the process of being opened, or it is in the process of being returned. I cannot comment on which (I don't know the volume or quality of proofs supplied, if all the forms were correctly filled out, etc).
