I am a May 2016 applicant, just received my medical request as well as a request for updated Schedule A and Additional Family information forms.

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration Medical
Examination
Schedule A:You have submitted an incomplete Schedule A Background / Declaration
(IMM5669) form(s). When filling out this form, you must provide details for every month and year since
the age of 18 or the past 10 years from the date on which your application was received, whichever is
most recent.
Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures.

My question is, is it only necessary for the PA to fill these forms or does the sponsor have to fill their version of these forms as well?
And i believe i completely filled these forms to the best of my knowledge, will they send me another request if I simply send the same forms as i sent with the app?

who was the email sent to? that would be who needs to respond I believe

I wouldn't think much of it, I believe they tend to do a very quick glance-over of the applications and they might have spotted something that made them make the blanket request for all those forms, make absolutely sure you didn't leave 1 day not accounted for in the timeline, many people get that request, just get it in as soon as possible

The email was sent to me, the PA.

In Question 8 on the Schedule A it states: Provide the details of our personal history since the age of 18 or the past 10 years, it also states that if you were outside your country of nationality, indicate your status in that country.

Does this mean i have to provide details of every single country i have visited since the age of 18 (which is more recent for me), even if it was just a short 1-2 day holiday?
