Cic is like God I am sorry

In what respect?

Funny, because of my profession, I view it totally as a massively parallelized state-machine. You have 500,000 channels or more, and they are all in various states of completeness. The "system" only has so much time it can theoretically spend on each channel.

That would be like me saying that "google is god". Right?

Cause I pay a lot and expensive taxes but my wife has no rights

But the was a f... refugee whose family never paid a penny to support the country then it would be like " please welcome to our country. Here's free health, free education, free this, free that. Oh and don't worry about it, there are sponsors whose families have no rights that are supporting all this."

Sorry guys but we tried to keep her studying english for sometime but we couldn't handle 7 bucks an hour for a full-time course. That would have to be like 600+ a month. Impossible. And what she told me was that most of the students only went there early in the morning to sign the list and went away. Those are the people who have this for free and don't give a f.... for what they have. Lots of them only go there and sign that were "present" in order to not lose other benefits

Man seriously I'm outta here before I start BSing more.

I know there is free estimate classes in women or refugee centres. You know what our journey started on December 15,2015 and I got my Sponsorship approval March 10,2017 and for them to continue on my husband permanent residence application they want proof of realtionship plus we have a lawyer and I have to check up on her I feel your pain

Ottawa vs Kitchener. Who is faster?

For medical, I think that is just their standard (inaccurate) boilerplate wording. When we received the request for medicals on Feb 22 2017, the next day in MyCIC it also changed to "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam." They did not get our medical results for until two weeks after that, and then the description changed to "passed" three days after that.

Ok, thanks, that is useful information. Had you already done one upfront? I am still going to wait until I hear back about the CSE before I book a doctor's appointment. I think it is pointless to ask for a new medical and that a reasonable case officer would be able to override that request. We'll see. I'll let the forum know the result of my request.

For Landing? From what I heard, they book lunch beers at Kitchener for the following week. They sent one member an invitation letter 2 days after DM.

Well, that is sort of their job, right? They keep undesireables out, to keep us safe, while still trying to be as free and liberal as they can with allowing others.

In perspective:
Say, you're an immigration officer now. And you are presented a case where a young family (Woman, Canadian; Man, some other place) where there was evidence that the man just wanted a "Green" card. Let's say it was a MoC. Let's say, on the surface, it appeared that they were legit. But you had a suspicion. What would you do? Probably invest the time to check it out to make sure that it wasn't a MoC, right? 'Cause that's what the Canadian population pays you to do.

I am not siding with anyone here. I am just trying to ground the train here. Because, there seems to be a totally distorted expectation -- either that, or I have somehow slipped into some alternate reality -- the jury is still out on that..

That is why I do not care about condition 51 we are a genuine couple so having that condition stay does not bother me. If it helps protect others then I am all for it.
