they are processing applications for Wednesday Feb 10 2016
we will continue to see how quickly they proceed.

wrt IMM 5406, the whole processing regarding this form and the
applicant and/or his dependent(s)
All applicants and family members as well as the principal applicant including dependent child under 18 must upload a copy 30 days of acknowledgement of email .
was not the procedure, but one noticeable change.

theis IMM 5406 is going to be the main reason many applicant receive email regarding "incomplete application"

Or missing signatures. Or missing payments. Some people miss the fact that you have to submit 2 forms per person, in some cases. My wife as an example: one in English, one in Russian.

WRT the current processing set: I find myself wondering, if they are sprinting ahead with cases who are "more complete" then others. They are trying to earn their "12 months or it's free" chops still, right? Matthars and Ms profiler are 13 months and change. Ms profiler's case has been updated with extra proofs, as well, her medical was done upfront and sent with the initial application. We literally cannot send them anymore info -- anymore and they would think we are faking it...

Thanks! Sucks for you November applicants espacially because CIC always says that they work on the application in the order they were received.

Means they are convinced the PA is a member of the family class, and is eligible to apply for PR.

No. But they could still in theory ask for a Form update. Unlikely though. They will be assessing the case for PR now..

these information is to aid them in completing their task(s) and if you seek clarity they are the
most difficult departmant to reach .
so while it seem they are ahead of the projected time,(processing apps received before feb 10,2016)
the distribution of theses automated emails with vague communicae also places other applicants in
less than advantageous positions.

you receive another incomplete document email
or you hit the nail on the head
Its like working in the dark.........with all these changes ha ha ha ha
truly this process is really life changing
the cost of becoming a canadian........

It always depends on the situation, right? My wife happens to have a DL and a Health Card (OHIP) that have her address associated to them. That goes a long way to proving co-habitation. Some people don't have that luxury, and struggle to even prove where they are living...

Seems that CPC-M sends emails in the evening (ours came at 6:15 last night). At least, when it was SA. PA still says "Application Received".
