Very strange. I expected to see it switch to "In Process". I suppose, at the current pace, they might not have time to change it. I can accept this.matthars said:Yes. And "Decision Made" on SA side.

Or missing signatures. Or missing payments. Some people miss the fact that you have to submit 2 forms per person, in some cases. My wife as an example: one in English, one in Russian.meaningful1 said:FYI
contacted CIC this morning, March 22,
they are processing applications for Wednesday Feb 10 2016
we will continue to see how quickly they proceed.
wrt IMM 5406, the whole processing regarding this form and the
applicant and/or his dependent(s)
All applicants and family members as well as the principal applicant including dependent child under 18 must upload a copy 30 days of acknowledgement of email .
was not the procedure, but one noticeable change.
theis IMM 5406 is going to be the main reason many applicant receive email regarding "incomplete application"
Thanks! Sucks for you November applicants espacially because CIC always says that they work on the application in the order they were received.Newtinho said:Wow Congratulations!!!! I guess who applied after Dec 07/2016, is getting it first than us.
Means they are convinced the PA is a member of the family class, and is eligible to apply for PR.matthars said:Does AIP mean they are happy with the submitted application (i.e. nothing is missing)?
So it's still possible that we have forms missing/incomplete?profiler said:Means they are convinced the PA is a member of the family class, and is eligible to apply for PR.
No. But they could still in theory ask for a Form update. Unlikely though. They will be assessing the case for PR now..matthars said:So it's still possible that we have forms missing/incomplete?

Congratulations Really hopeful now, i'm Nov 16 applicant.. keeping my fingers crossed !Newtinho said:Hi
Good news!
I just checked my owp status and it says has been aprroved and has been sent to me!!!! ( received by CIC 15th nov/2016 )
im so happy
It always depends on the situation, right? My wife happens to have a DL and a Health Card (OHIP) that have her address associated to them. That goes a long way to proving co-habitation. Some people don't have that luxury, and struggle to even prove where they are living...meaningful1 said:it sometimes just don't follow logic, you would think here they sent for information
these information is to aid them in completing their task(s) and if you seek clarity they are the
most difficult departmant to reach .
so while it seem they are ahead of the projected time,(processing apps received before feb 10,2016)
the distribution of theses automated emails with vague communicae also places other applicants in
less than advantageous positions.
EITHER :-\
you waste time providing too much information
you receive another incomplete document email
or you hit the nail on the head
Its like working in the dark.........with all these changes ha ha ha ha
truly this process is really life changing
the cost of becoming a canadian........
Seems that CPC-M sends emails in the evening (ours came at 6:15 last night). At least, when it was SA. PA still says "Application Received".SA_to_Canada said:Good morning, all. Feb 17 2016 applicant here. Just checked ecas this morning and both SA and PA say "decision made". No further info when I click the link. I presume the decisions are positive.
Hmm. No emails yet, so maybe after 6pm tonight.profiler said:Seems that CPC-M sends emails in the evening (ours came at 6:15 last night). At least, when it was SA. PA still says "Application Received".
