I dont know anything about finger prints? Is it required for me also. Im australian

I also sent my police clearance that was from dec 2015 and i applied in july 2016. Will they need an updated one seems ive been in canada for 7 years? I wont get a clearance back to me within a month if thats the case. Should i be requesting a new one now or will that suffice seems it met the criteria when i applied?

"If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:

are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory."

My husband is from Portugal which is visa exempt to and still have to do it cause with rcmp and Cis they have to run it

Did I read that Nov 2015's are starting to get landing invitations?

Also, I checked myCIC, absolutely no change.

what country your from, inland spousal application before December 7,2016 is 26 months after December 7,2016 is 12 months we are decmber 14,2015 we did our pcc in july 2016 you must be outland

36 months is the standard time that you are to be responsible for the person you are sponsoring. It's not the processing time. Once a person becomes a PR, their sponsor is financially responsible for them for the next 3 years.

I suggest you do it now,plus if you want your pcc . I am sponsoring in land spousal sponsorship my husband since December 14, 2015.and we have immigration laywer and she was like do medical and fingerprint soon. Send off and they request pcc in June 23,2016 we send it on July 19,2016 and they receieved it on July 25,2016. Now waiting for copr cause he's from a visa exempt country,rrpf and landing interview

COPR is given at the landing interview for Inland Applicants.

my husband is from Portugal. we have an immigration lawyer she had us do medical and finger prints for him plus two phots. she send medical plus fingerprints with everything straight way we got our pcc in may or June 2016 we send pcc in July 19,2016 they recurved it July 25 2016 last time talk to them on Dec 30,2016 they are like everything is good waiting for copr rrpf and landing interview plus he is from a visa exempt country

does anyone have idea when they can finalize the dec 2015 applications. That did not even send me anything for sponsor approval. Ecas says only in processing since Jan 2016. Gnc notes says processing since may 2016. They did not update medical yet.

Maybe end of this month or beginning of february because december people have been getting their stuff done as of yesterday.

really that's good but I'm just worried cause there is no update in the file. Some people said they are doing august 30,2015
