Yeah he's fine. Our older dog (a therapy dog) has been watching over him. He hasn't made a sound. Considering what I saw on the x-rays they gave us, what he has now is nothing compared to what he must have had. And this will go away in no time.

I find that a scam. I won't pay for it, because it's like $60/mnth and they don't necessarily cover all the cost or procedures. So, it's better to befriend a vet I find. Considering what they did, we made off lucky. It's probably $2500 or more.

We requested for a PCC from Japan awhile back and recently received it (Faster than expected). How do we go about sending it to CIC?

PCC's have to be originals. I would scan and send the scan via CSE, and on the same day send it via courier to CIC. In your CSE, tell them you are sending the originals via courier.

I think this is just an individual thing and not a general statement about Russian care, I went to a Russian dentist and he was by far the best I have ever seen, did extremely skillful work on my teeth

My wife and her family echo the same comments that I made. They've lived in Moscow a lot longer that I have, so I will accept it as gospel.

Whether it becomes reality or not, I'm glad that the minister gave an actual number of 12 months instead of the usual 'we are working hard to reunite families, blah blah blah' kind of announcement. 12 months is a reasonable timeframe. I assume they need to get rid of all of our applications before they can start on new ones, so this can only be good news for us.

It will become reality. Ditching inland/outland division means they will use the processing network more efficiently. As he said yesterday, it's first in-first out. So we have resumed case processing in order it was received. Meaning 2016's will have to be done before 2017's can be done .

I my CIC online status is weird. Before, if i check using my spouses UCI number it was showing like...

1. we received your application
2. we sent you acknowledgement letter
3. we started processing your application

BUT now i just checked and only shows... 1. we received your application.
I dont know whats going on? Do you guys also got removed step 2 and 3 on CIC online status too?

Have anyone notice that know on ecase if you applied before December 7,2016 till end of December 2017 it's up to 26 months,after December 7,2016 it's 12 months and not applied yet upto 12 months

When was the last time a case took 26 months? Most of 2015 (save for the little patch in July, and the tail end) is done. Therefore, it won't even be close to 26 months.

Very rare maybe 16 months to 20 months
