Hi Profiler: Do you have any idea how to add an upfront medical data to the application? Do I add it through my CIC? or mail it? Usually doctor's office send it to CIC electronically. Now while they send an invite we then have some file number, but in this case, do I need to let the doctor's office know of any number they must assign to the efile? May be the application number mentioned in AOR?

Sent automagically through the ether (internets). It's also linked automagically to your app by UCI #.

But send a CSE with the copy your physician gave you as a backup.

Your UCI (from your visa or eTA) or application nunber works.

100% normal. We got a PCC in august that no one could trace... all part of SIR...

I got my upfront medical done yesterday at the Panel Physician office on Burnhamthorpe rd. Had to give a urine sample,get my blood pressure checked,get blood taken and the doctor listened to my heart/chest and press on my stomach to ''check my organs''.She also asked me to read her one of the letters,I guess to check my vision.Few people waiting with me so I was there for about an hour. Then I had to go up the street to do my x-ray.They don't do it at the same place. That took maybe 20 minutes. Just stood against the machine and held my breath in. Total cost $216. Suppose to take up to 10 days for CIC to get them, so I'll update when and if I pass lol Also,my hand is pretty swollen from the blood test so I'm not happy about it.

Urine sample? What if you don't feel like peeing ? I haven't seen anything about urine sample on the website of my doc... Good to know though, thanks!

The terminology 'Temporary Foreign Worker' implies that it is part of the TFW program, which doesn't issue an OWP but rather a permit tied to a specific employer. In this person's case, they status is 'Worker'.

As profiler said, you are not in danger of overstaying. You do not need to leave Canada and re-enter as you will have status as result of applying for, and then having the OWP - there is no need to 'activate' it at the border.

Unless there is something relating to public safety (syphillis as an example), you'll pass. Spouses and dependants have excessive demand waived.

What do you guys think?

Same exact as mine. we Applied Dec 1/2015. Also got criminal record request June---despite them already having it since January. Tried to get info from phone agent yesterday, but nothing is being done and was told just to keep waiting.
