I know about PR. With OWP, if you don't have status they issue it once you have AIP. At least to my knowledge ...

PP code? No, I don't think so. I guess they wait for the 90 days restoration period to pass.

Just check your notes quick then I would try to contact them to make sure you are not being processed by SPP. If not, then get that OWP already!

That's the spirit! Though you might need a few more bottles..

OWP won't come for 4 months, so that gives you time to snaz up your cv/resume and start your search.

You applied for OWP at the same time you applied for PR? If you were out of status when you applied for the OWP, then you might have to wait for AIP..

Better send a query in through CSE to ask...

Yes I sent the OWP app in the same envelope (box) with my PR to Mississauga office. Damn right I'm gonna send a query because I do qualify for the program and to be honest, no one even opened the WP file yet...

Yeah I think it will come down to timing here. If they haven't touched it before your application to restore status (because that also gives you implied status) then you should be ok. That said, if they wanted to be sticklers about it, they could say no that when you applied you were out of status.... could go either way. Let me know what happens!

My guess, they will look at it as you were not aware, you corrected the status problem, they will grant it.

You can, but if they have trouble reading they will send back.

We did two separate with "English" and "Cyrillic" at the tops... no return and a PCC aside, they've processed all but silently...
