How long did it take to get a decision for the extension?

If I could sign onto my GC Key I could tell you. We did it all our extensions online, which is faster.

I dunno how they classify it, but in case of my husband, he has a certain amount of money/ year for his and his 1st degree relatives medical - related stuff. One of his colleagues got a reimbursement for very expensive sunglasses, cause he said the sun does damage to his eyes... :o
Anyway, what I'm saying is there's no harm in asking.

I did try looking at our benefits summary for 'wording'. Given that my plan will cover breast 'prosthesis', ED drugs, fertility treatments, etc I am expecting it's somewhere in there with the 'Christian Science Practitioner'...

I did it online too.
You still have problems logging in to myCIC? The message that showed slow traffic for the last few days is off now...

Looks like another case that wasn't on my radar from June 16 document request went DM...

I cannot confirm nor deny that statement. Furthermore, I also cannot confirm nor deny the role of mole.

Hi everyone!

I'm currently working on the papers for my husband's inland sponsorship and OWP. We are ALMOST done but we are waiting for him to arrive and so that we can put in his recent entry date and date the forms.

In regards to the pilot program, I know it is only extended to December 21st/22nd, 2016. But if we send the application by the end of November, will our PR/OWP application still count for that pilot program when they receive it? I spoke to an IRCC agent and he said it should be fine as long as it is submitted before then with the correct dates.

Please let me know your thoughts!

Thank you very much!

Should be. It's pretty popular though, so I cannot see them getting rid of it.

Any updates with folks that got the mid July AIP? It's over three months now, I thought AIP to DM wouldn't take this long.. :'(

Thank you for the reply!

Is there any one else who have submitted their inland application without the police certificates? I included copies/receipt that we have sent for them to the Consulate of Japan and the FBI (My husband is Japanese citizen) and included an explanation along with the receipt/copies. I spoke to the IRCC agent and they said it's okay as long as you also provided an explanation since they know that police certificates take awhile to receive. Then we can just forward them once we get them. Was there any issues?

Regarding recent date of entry--- I guess that is when they arrive in Canada and start staying on visitor status? Can we just ask the border for a stamp? 'Cause in the past few times he visited (from the US as he currently lives there), they don't stamp him anymore and said they only stamp every half year now.

I am also thinking of applying him for a visitor's extension just in case after a couple of months. He is from an a visa-exempt country so he's able to at least stay for 6 months.

How are all the December 2015 applicants doing?have you seen much progress bar the aor's?

Our PCC apparently expired. They just requested a new one.

If you apply for OWP he will have status and be able to work...

@Profiler: How old were your PCC? Did your spouse visit that country after the PCC was issued? And do you think it will be a better idea to apply for a PCC ahead of time? as mine were also like 2 years old?
