Ok good to know there is some success out there and i should be able to link it.
We did get the App# starts with F. I tried every permutation and combination as per the drop down menu, no luck. Yup right data is being entered, still throws that error and I see no help in sight as Call center says contact tech team via web form and the answer from them is no help.

Steps I do :
Login-->I agree to the terms and conditions, answer security questions if asked-->Account page-->Link an existing application to this account-->Select PR-->sub category-family class-spouses-->Then choose options

Do I enter applicant information or Sponsor information? I tried Applicant info till now.
