I was on study permit and then applied for OWP which was approved recently. My OWP states Permit - WP-EXT. Does this means same owp ONLY? Sorry lil worried.

Where are you seeing WP-EXT ?

That's the first AOR. You may get a second one, if they transfer to a visa office.

Depending on which application you filed (inland/outland; I used to assume based on the thread on the forum; but learned there is lots of cross posting happening) your case may be transferred to a visa office that is responsible for the applicant's home country. That is supposed to only happen when you apply outland, but I don't know anymore. AOR2 will be sent when the case reaches that office for processing.

Timelines: it's hard to say. We had to wait about a month or two for an AOR, but we filed inland and had a OWP submitted as well. They weren't worried about time. I believe the AOR is sent when they have done a quick review and all the documents required are there, and everything is signed.

Thank you for that! And I applied inland hence sent it to Mississauga. Now I need to send PCC should I send it to Vergeville or Mississauga?

Also when did u recieve your owp?? even I sent OWP but I din send medical yet, I hope that won't be a problem!

They will request the medical. We did it upfront. My wife's OWP came in June 27; almost 4 months to the day.

As for the PCC, where ever the letter tells you to send it.

Well I did not get a request yet, I thought I can send it anyway!
So I guess I should just wait for the request?? Only problem is I recieved my pcc in August and I heard it expires in 3 months ??

Hi everyone , i tried many times to link my owp application but it wasn't found and i got AOR 1& 2 already . Can anyone know what the steps to link ?
First : what did i apply for? Work permit right?
Second: after log in to GC account then choose Application number and last name
Third: fill my personal info
Fourth : 2 persons for myself and my sponsor in my application ? Is it correct?

Takes 4 months. After that time, you can call to complain. Not sure when your submission date was, or when your visa expires, but that may be cutting it close...

My App was received on august 2nd 2016 and my visa is expiring on Dec 9th :'(
But can I send my PCC even before they can request for it so it is faster?

I think you can submit missing documents through a Case Specific Enquiry online. But I haven't seemed to have good luck with it. I do wonder if your application might get returned, because you missed something you were supposed to submit already. I haven't been through this, and I am reasonably new to CIC/IRCC so don't quote me on that...

My Wife's OWP came June 27th. OUr app was submitted Mar 2nd and was AOR on May 13th.

thank you profiler, i mean im asking Kjaggikaur because he already mentioned that he already received that scan copy of his OWP last week from CIC. His Application received may 13, 2016. just want to ask if 3rd of may or 13th of may.
