@Canad1anAl1en: Did you see the hyperlink I posted earlier? I am going to get some compelling (incriminating) photos from my mother in law's visit (she is here Wednesday), and send in an update
Yes it was the same letter quoted on here, that many of us got around the 10th of August, in a way if they are applying 6 months validity then in my case it would be correct, my cert was older than that on application...so I DIDN'T have a PCCpedropil said:Guys,
When you received your email for PCC request for the second time, is it stated there that based on their records they don't have your PCC?
Just wondering - do either of you have copies of the original certificate with its date of issue on it and the date that you paid for it?Canad1anAl1en said:Just got the same letter, in response to my CSE...it actually makes me feel a bit better about applying for a PCC over the weekend.
If the CIC are basing my PCC on the day i receive the EMAIL last August 10 for the second request, My PCC is 6 months and 1 week old from the date of issue.Canad1anAl1en said:Yes it was the same letter quoted on here, that many of us got around the 10th of August, in a way if they are applying 6 months validity then in my case it would be correct, my cert was older than that on application...so I DIDN'T have a PCC
My $0.05 here (it's unsolicited -- so take it with a grain):pedropil said:If the CIC are basing my PCC on the day i receive the EMAIL last August 10 for the second request, My PCC is 6 months and 1 week old from the date of issue.
4 months old when they received my inland application based on AOR.
i really don't know what to do if i received the same reply on email like that with you guys.
It states clearly...Issued no more than six months before you APPLIED..pedropil said:If the CIC are basing my PCC on the day i receive the EMAIL last August 10 for the second request, My PCC is 6 months and 1 week old from the date of issue.

Thank you canad1anAl1en. But i did not emphasized my letter about that. But i said my Application received last may 2016 and definitely they are going to check my PCC date of issue. My UCI is there too they can check it.Canad1anAl1en said:It states clearly...Issued no more than six months before you APPLIED..
If you got a cert in say May and applied in say August, then the cert would be 3 months old when you applied and valid...in this case a letter explaining this is fine.
In my case the cert was from Oct 2015 and I applied in June 2016..based on the second letter..no argument..I need a new PCC.
I'm lost..the one about the news article? yes I saw that one. or the PM?profiler said:@Canad1anAl1en: Did you see the hyperlink I posted earlier? I am going to get some compelling (incriminating) photos from my mother in law's visit (she is here Wednesday), and send in an update

We're going to tighten up any concerns about genuine, with pictures of both family's BBQ'ing together Maybe a pic with my son tooprofiler said:See the following news article (it's from June):

That means they are going to assess your case soon to see if they can squeeze you in before December. Same with us! Everyone who got the PCC should do as the CIC asks.
Yes I read that, it can't hurt, obviously all this flurry of activity around PCC's and your link put together infers that those that comply with IRCC's request are being assessed/ would be assessed at that point for streamlining....lol, I don't believe it, my original "educated guess" post about the PCC request letters has been proven right, that it could be a sign of streamlining.profiler said:Sorry, this one:

That's why I asked if you had read it . It should be uplifting for most. So we are going to do all we can to tighten up the only possible thing to slow us down (we are definitely not afraid of interview at all. but, interviews mean no streamlining!).Canad1anAl1en said:Yes I read that, it can't hurt, obviously all this flurry of activity around PCC's and your link put together infers that those that comply with IRCC's request are being assessed/ would be assessed at that point for streamlining....lol, I don't believe it, my original "educated guess" post about the PCC request letters has been proven right, that it could be a sign of streamlining.
