Not everyone receive second AOR, and the people who do, receive it at random times.
The spreadsheet can give you a good idea of when will you receive AIP.

Thank you!

An additional fee, and an additional mark on your form (at the very beginning). I don't know what address you have on your envelop but you can find the correct address in the FAQ.

Awesome. Thanks!

Please, does anybody know anything about AIP and does it come after 2nd AOR? ::)

we got AOR by mail (end of May) and email (mid June) :D

I hope that the email one was our second AOR and in a few weeks we get the AIP (keep dreaming...)

Hi all, my app filed on May 25 and AOR on Jun 02.

I can check the application status online by using the file no. and the applicant (not the spornsor) name, it shown the "application received "; however it didn't work by using the spornsor info.

Did anyone has same situation with me, it makes me so confusing.

Hi Sharevian, i have had the same thing, in fact i have been trying everyday for over a week using UCI number and couldnt log on with the details in my AOR receipt but i tried it with the file number instead and my name (applicant's details not sponsors) and it logged on! So thanks for the hint of using the file number instead of UCI but im just as lost as you thinking it should be under the sponsor's name to log on.. oh well, at least we can log on!

Hello! Im new in this Forum
I mailed my application for in-land spouse/common law on June 1st.
I still haven't received anything since it's too soon. I would like to know when the OWP is given, for how long is valid? does it have a expiry date?

Hi Coco, it's usually for 2 years or when your passport expires, whichever is soonest and your probably looking for a 3 to 4 month wait to get it! CHeck out the timeline to see how long its been taking others to get.

Hello All,

I have applied for inland application on 13th April. I checked status online it says PR application has received on 15th April that status updated on 3nd May. I have not received any email/mail/ letter to show that whats is PR application number etc.

When I check spreadsheet it seems to be everyone is getting it within 2-months. I am wondering I am the only one, Is something incomplete during documentation etc.

Kindly share your experience.
Regards,

I tried it today with the applicant's information and it worked. I thought my spouse will receive her own UCI and APP # (AOR2) since the AOR1 was addressed to me :o

Thanks the replies

I think we can't check the application status by using spornsor' info until CIC updates the status to " in process". So, waiting patiently……

We have received both AOR1 & AOR2 . I found that sponsor (AOR1) & applicant (AOR2) have two different UCI# but the APP# is the same.
