So can I assume there is no big red flag in my application they think, if they asking medical this point? I just feel so relief about getting even something from them

Yes because its means they are dealing with your file. I think you will probably go from medical passed to DM on both sides.

I'm sorry but in what point comes AIP and SA?
What kind of medical problems can cause refusal? I should not have anything though but soon I see once I see doctor . I was one week in hospital here in Canada, but I can't believe it cause any problems..

In the spousal sponsorship arena, they will only refuse based on public safety (HIV/AIDS, Syphillis, etc). They generally try to treat these (if possible) and then clear you. There is no excessive demand threshold for spousal.

SA, then AIP, then DM. Medical, Security, and Criminality is required for DM. The last 3 are done in a parallel task list.

Thank you. I am a CSQ category, so if I want to add her name then I have to go through CSQ way, which may delay my federal part. So I have decided to bring her on a visitor visa then apply as an inland applicant for PR. As long as I am financially stable and not looking for a help from the government then what would be the problem for Canada to give visitor visa for her? Anyway, not all logic is suitable for practical. All suggestions are welcome.

Well, I would take the extra few days now, instead of $1040 and another year later. $0.05.

Financial support is only a small part... the BIGGEST part is whether she would go home or not on a failed application.

He should have requested that from you before. Why is he charging more money?

IMHO: These douches are sapping people for money by NOT looking subjectively at the case BEFORE submitting them. If they did that (which IS their responsibility), then these wouldn't be an issue -- and should ALWAYS be a customer service problem later.

no not yet...sent it to get renewed and it still haven't left Toronto consulate yet because they send the passports to my country in batches so im in the next batch...sucks big time but nothing i can do. however my representative requested more time...although he took forever to do it.

They refuse for HIV? thats sad... a politician in the UK suggested barring people from immigrating with HIV and everyone, especially the media, went crazy

I can't say they do or don't. Not a medical examiner. But that is one of the things that could pose a threat to public health..

No, there is no excessive demand threshold for spousal cases. There is for PGP cases, but not spousal. It's really only public safety.
