I found out that we were in the SIR program and we are in the condition 51 for 3 years that's ok

If they were in the process of investigating Condition 51 violations (someone called to report a couple not living together??) Have stopped being investigated.

It won't apply to anyone who still has a case in process, as there was no Condition placed.
