If they ask for it, it takes time for you to get and send it. And more time to add it to your file.

If they're already in process (Criminality) that would be a useless endeavour. So they ask before they start...

It makes sense in my mind... maybe I ate the bad coconuts?

It was issued on august 2016. I came here on september 2016. And the expired on the PCC only 6 months. So august to february.

Looking previous posts you applied in Dec 2016... your check was valid when CIC received so you are fine. You do not need a new one.

Hi guys, I am May 3rd 2016 applicant, I sent copy of my new passport via CSE as it was mentioned and instructed in CIC request Letter on 22 march 2017, I didn't get any confirmation email even after 10 business day, I sent another CSE yesterday. The letter had deadline of 21st April to submit. How can I know they have received it ? Should i call call center? I tried calling yesterday but it was not getting connected due to volume of calls.

The CSE has a date on when you submitted. You can also try snail mail. Last CSE I sent took 30 days for them to acknowledge...

Still frustrating to specify a deadline for a response, recommend an instant method of submission (CSE), and then not check or acknowledge what you send until after the deadline has passed. Especially if the submission is something like 'does this satisfy your request or do I need to do something else before your deadline?'

My wife just received her OWP in the mail.
On the side note, my wife also received an email to submit PCC . Looking at other folks, its seems to be a batch email sent to bunch of us. But wifey is going to call them up and confirm if they have it on the file.

Agreed. But in my case, it was unsolicited..

Is this just a standard email that gets sent out regardless of whether you have already supplied the correct documentation? Should I expect something similar in the future for the medical despite already having passed that?
