I am guessing you should be able to. But You might want to mention it during your landing interview. That's where they process the PR Card application.

I just got my file back because Marriage Certificate was missing.
I have submitted photocopy of my marriage certificate including Nikkha form and i have no idea why did they return my file.

Why would i submit my spouse visa application without proof of my wedding, I have no idea why they coul not read or understand my Nikkha form or Marriage Certificate.

These both forms were filled in English.

They asked me to resubmit my forms again after completing the missing form which were not missing

What should i do? Resubmit my form again with explaining cover letter that Marriage certificates are included in the file.

I am seriously ignorant when it comes to islam, and I must apologise. I had to look up Nikkha. Was there any note with your package? What form did they feel was missing (IMM5406?)?

They do confirm the address. When you meet with them, they fill out your PR Card application before they submit it. So you can ask if they can divert it to another postal address (your residential address). I would guess that isn't an issue.

Should have it before April 19th... That said, you can start looking and applying for work. Sometimes this can take a long time, depending on the type of work. You technically don't need the OWP/SIN until your first day of work...
